Discussion Paragraph
Abortion
Recently
many people discuss wether or not about abortion for woman. Many people argue
that abortion is the same as killing humans, it can damage the health of women
and even result in death. According to Linda Lowen
abortion means taking the lives of those people and they shall be punished. Moira
Gaul also asserts that abortion can impair mental and physical health. Christina
also argue that abortion is one of the leading causes of death for women. However, sometimes an abortion should be
done when in a state that requires such for rape victims, reduce population
growth, and the reason that pregnant disrupt life. Linda
Lowem argue that rape victims abortion to cover their shame. Mumford also said
that abortion can reduce the rate of population growth in a country. Sarah
wedington confirmed that the pregnant intrusive bodies, education, and the
whole life. We believe that the abortion would be done even in secret.

Since life begins at conception, abortion is akin to
murder as it is the act of taking human life. Abortion is in direct defiance
of the commonly accepted idea of the sanctity of human life.
No civilized society permits one human to
intentionally harm or take the life of another human without punishment, and
abortion is no different. (Linda Lowen) http://womensissues.about.com

In the case of rape
or incest, forcing a woman made pregnant by this violent act would cause
further psychological harm to the victim. Often a woman is too afraid to
speak up or is unaware she is pregnant, thus the morning after pill is
ineffective in these situations. (Linda
Lowen) http://womensissues.about.com

Advocates of
legalized abortion downplay or deny the health risks associated with
abortion. However, the research indicates that abortion isolates women and
can often cause physical and psychological suffering. (Moira Gaul, M.P.H) http://www.frc.org

Population control is an
important but neglected social benefit of abortion. To examine this role, the
outhors compared population growth rates and abortion (legal and illegal)
incidence rates for the 116 largest countries in the world. (Mumford SD, Kessel E.) http://www.ncbi.nlm.nih.gov

statistically, women
who have undergone abortions also have a higher risk of suffering violent
death -- suicide, homicide, or accident -- than women who have given birth or
who have not been pregnant. The increased risk of suicide appears to be
directly related to the abortion. The increased risk of homicide or
accidental death has not been studied as much, and researchers currently can
not determine if the increased risk is related to the abortion (strain on
relationships, the known increased risk of drug or alcohol abuse in women who
have undergone abortions), or if there is some common risk factor that leads
women at higher risk of violent death to also be at higher risk of undergoing
abortions. (Christina Dunigan) http://realchoice.blogspot.com

pregnancy to a woman is perhaps one of the most determinative aspects
of her life. It disrupts her body. It disrupts her education. It disrupts her
employment. And it often disrupts her entire family life. (Sarah Weddington) http://www.bbc.co.uk
